That’s quite a title, huh? Well, if fax spam wasn’t enough to anger business owners, how about a spam fax that is nothing but an effort to scam you?

The FBI has issued a warning to businesses about a scam that involves faxing an offer for overstock plasma television sets.

The fax states that the plasma TV’s in question were originally selling for $3000, but are now being offered for $800. The problem is that there are no plasma TV’s at all.

The scam artists try to con fax recipients into sending a 50% deposit for shipment of the televisions. What will they think of next?
